No income guarantees
While we provide systems, management, and operational support, results are not guaranteed. Store performance depends on market conditions, platform performance, customer demand, and other external factors.
6-month minimum commitment
Clients agree to a recommended minimum commitment period of 6 months due to operational setup costs and backend resource allocation. This ensures both parties benefit from the initial investment.
Operational control
To maintain consistency and maximize performance, the company retains operational control over backend management, fulfillment coordination, pricing optimization, and system operations throughout the agreement period.
Termination policy
Failure to maintain subscription payments or violation of operational policies may result in suspension or termination from the program. Membership must remain active to maintain participation.
